Looks like I'm gonna have to double check how tight my lugnuts are on my front left tire.

Sucks you can't merge those pics. I'll give it a shot when I get home tonight.

Good luck with the merge Ryan. Because my lens wasn't wide enough and we didn't have enough room in the lot I had to take a pict of every car from straight on going down the line. Photoshop couldn't handle this nor could it handle the matching car colors and wanted to merge Brian's and Banned's car every time.

Jon - post a pic of the hole your discovered in the manifold when you get a moment. I want to determine my next course of action.
The meet was nice... however, I did end up the day with another speeding ticket. Driving through Erie the speed limit does drop to 55 (I was not aware of this) and I had my cruise set at 73... so, 73 in a 55 for 150 bones... Plus the 125 bucks for the new tire on friday. . . that money would have covered some tint.![Icon No2](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/icon_no2.gif)
It was cool to see everyone and see the subtle differences in each 8.
Dana - I'll look into when someone can get to that BOV project. Considering some of the special skills required, there may be some minimum cost involved, I don't know if I can make it a freebee, but I'll look into it.

LOL... yeah, that's when you have to play around with different codec settings to get the best quality with smaller file size.
When you go to export the movie as an AVI, click on 'Advance' and you'll see different codec types on the right (which is limited to what you have installed on your PC).
Its all about trail and error by going through each one with the same video and find out which codec looks best and gives you a reduced file size.
Good news is that the hole isn't as bad as I originally thought.
After giving it a decent cleanse, I noticed that the hole doesn't intrude into the intake pipe.
So its OK to use, but its up to you if you want to touch it up and have it "sealed".

That little guy? I wouldn't worry about that little guy.
There is also one of those casting holes on the would be outer left side (if installed), no where near as close to the piping as this one though.
Honestly, this is what I thought you were talking about. Gotta love castings.

Well, I may have found what the hell is on the front of TJ's car... I can't confirm with the picture, but this sounds about right.

I'd say that's pretty close though. shame the "larger picture" you should be able to view is the same size as the thumbnail.

John or Jon question (or anyone else good with wiring). We talked about me needing to tap into a constant power source for my gauges to retain their settings in memory.
Apparantly there is a fuse in the panel by my feet labeled 'Room' that I can tap into. Any idea what I'd need from Radioshack or Autozone to tap into that? I have plenty of 22 gauge wire leftover from the install so extending to that panel isn't an issue. Apparantly there's something called a circuit fuse tap but I can't seem to find a reference to that on Autozone or anywhere else.

Thanks. I'm sure I'll have more questions once I look at the fuse box and the fuse tap (ie, "Whuh the huh fudge?"). Gotta get some 22 gauge taps anyway so I'll pay a visit to my local shack.

Basically you hold your fuse tap against your fuse as you insert the fuse back into it's holder. Make sure you only use one side of the fuse tap and use a fused wire.

So my friends throw this car meet once a year called big ohio, last year was the first year but a pretty large success. Anyway im interested in finding out if anyone would be interested in going and this is why, Its primarily a VW event but it needs a mazda takeover.
IMO, it would make my day to watch 15 rx8s show up in formation.
Doc how much you want for your RIMZZz, and do they come with rubber? I need new rubber on my back 2 wheels, i may as well invest.
