TJ - You should buy what you want. If you like the sound of ES midpipe then buy it. You asked for input and I simply told you what I have read and how I would respond. In the end...it is your car and I don't have to deal with it.

TJ, maybe this is just the voice of reason talking since I am getting old, but.....
If your parents (dad in particular) TOLD you to take off your midpipe because not only A) it was illegal, and B) your car was shooting flames, what part of that didn't you understand and why are you thinking about buying ANOTHER midpipe?
Don't take this the wrong way, and I know you're 18, but srsly man if they told you to take that off of the car then why would you put yet onother one on? THink this through man, there is a real potential for mass amounts of drama if you directly disobey them, go behind their back, andinstall another midpipe.
All I'm saying is be careful with your decision making because it very well could come back to bite you in the ***.

No...what I was talking about was like for the side-by-side either do a b&w filter or just a black box over it so you can only see from the exhaust tips down. Do an intro screen that says like "MazSport vs Racing Beat". Remove and replace with car specs. Do a little hide the peanut with the specs with them finally landing on the right car and then bring back the color or remove the box. Then go on with the rest of the video like you have it. Otherwise you might carry some bias into the argument.

My household just got a lot more interesting. We just turned in the Maxima my wife normally drives and leased a new 370Z. We won't take delivery on it until Monday. She had been talking about being interested in one, but I'm absolutely stunned that she actually went ahead and did it.

The more I think about it, the more I like the idea of you and Steve doing this.
Another thing I didn't like with the video was the driving difference with you and me.
At least with Steve we can have the same driver (since you didn't like my clutch setup )
Also we can look for a nice long, and quiet, stretch of road to do a better drive-by and not have to let-off early.
Just a suggestion.

Today was pretty productive...
Got my lawnmower running because it wouldn't start.
Cut a piece of my exhaust hanger that was tapping against the diff.
Did a temporary fix with my exhaust tip to eliminate the rattle.
Lets just say that a screw is separating the two metals and keeping the rivets tight.
I'll probably just keep it this way until I have my cat-back off or the screw falls out
