I would suggest getting the whole wheel done and not just the rim...it would look kind of silly. For a yellow car though I think you have to go Glossy because otherwise they are going to look just dirty. Also if you sign up over at the c6c there was a vendor that one of the guys worked a deal out with in Akron for $45. The guy that setup the vendor thing though moved out of state so I don't know if it is still good.
Yea I think glossy would be best. Tinting windows will be next. Assuming no catastrophic engine / power train failures.

Not sure if you missed it, but we have a meet this Friday.
Outback in Macedonia at 6:30pm
8250 Macedonia Commons Blvd.
Macedonia, OH 44056
Funny that you mentioned PC problems, I was working on mine yesterday.
My desktop decided to remove me as an owner of one of my hard drives in the security section.
Took over an hour to gain access to the drive and get those pesky pad-lock icons off my files.
Then I upgraded my laptop to Win7 (free upgrade... I actually have a legal version)!
I'm about to upgrade my desktop to Win7 x64, currently running Win7 RC x86 on it.

You are talking to someone who couldn't afford to buy those $20 fog lights you linked me to last week
So if you need to make a profit soon, don't wait for me.
Being broke sucks... and I just got my hospital bill for the broken finger.

Fax it to Obama! He gonna make everything okay!
In all seriousness, I am a couple hundred, or an ebay suspension, away from breaking even on the car, so I can slow down a bit because I've recovered my initial investment already. So I can be a little less aggressive on moving parts quickly.

Just for sh#ts and giggles what would you want for the engine? I'm gonna be turning over 100k by Friday I think and as soon as the warrantee expires is when the thing will implode. Just thinking ahead to the 'worst case' scenario. ~William

It would be for the engine core. Essentially rotors, e-shaft, irons and housings.
In its current condition, I would say $650 for a local with assistance.
My other plan was to pull it apart while I sell the other stuff to see if I could get away with keeping it. Refurbishing it, and then having a back-up engine for me also... but I'm open to selling it.

alright, sweet, as long as there is a party.
Jon: we could schedule come time to work on the Donor. I just got keys to the houses and shop, so I'll be slammed over there, but it would be good to schedule a day to work on cars for a break.
What about next 11/18 or 11/19?
Maybe we can get that engine out of there for any potential buyers.
