Damn... the garage won't be big enough to fit everyone who is planning on going.

Steve- Do you need me to bring my flywheel nut socket and stopper?
Wasn't sure if you planned on selling the flywheel separate or with the engine.

This will be my first time to the shop, so I'm not sure what tools you all will have. I do have an electric impact wrench and an entry level air tool set with 10 gal compressor. The compressor is a pain to fit into the 8, but if it will be useful I can bring it. Just let me know by tomorrow AM.

Amazing today. I mean, wow.

Thank you everyone for coming down here and working your collective asses off on the donor and even my car.

I thought I had lofty goals of getting the engine trans and steering rack out. . . but with the team we had and the tools, the car is 90% disassembled!

All the remains really is a fused power plant frame, and the rear dif parts and some suspension components. Amazing.

Thank you all again for all of your help and donating your Sunday to come down and help me out.

I ordered the fuel pump opener this morning. Should be here this week. My contribution to the pizza. Thanks for the hospitality and learning experience Steve.

I think the clutch pedal may still be in the Donor. Have to go inspect the damage that the interior cleaning crew did on it. Bunch of chop shop wolves in sheep's clothing.

From what I could see of the bracket yesterday while disconnecting the brake pedal for Megan it looked ok. She would have had a better look at it though.

Well, I would weld it up before selling anyway. No problems with any of the clutch pedals we did last year.

Doc's, Jon's, mine, Ryan's (guess we'll never know how Ryan's does in the long run)

It should still be covered under warranty. . .

I'd wait until the warranty is up before I worry about it. 3 year Bumper-bumper?

If memory serves, the "foot pad" is welded to the clutch pedal itself. This guy will need an entire assembly to replace his (he probably never looked it closely.)

Or he'd need to cut it off and weld a new one on there. . . idk

Yep, the clutch pedal, brake pedal, gas pedal, headliner, and dashboard are all that's basically left inside the donor.

Some of my blood may be in there too.

Had fun tearing apart the car yesterday, you need to go buy another one so we can rip it apart too.
