I think I probably still have the key. If so, you can have it if you like.

If I do find it, I'll have a spare set which I will keep.
I ended up purchasing the set ambulanceonfire linked to.
That is almost the price it would cost for 4 regular lug nuts anyway.

FWIW the best thing to use for streaks anywhere is rubbing alcohol. Just make 100% certain that after it dries you then proceed to put some kind of wax/polish on over it because it'll also remove clearcoat.
I dealt with pine sap for several years since I had an assigned parking spot right under a ****** trucking pine tree. None of the bug/sap/tar removers worked but rubbing alchohol got it right away. But it'll take off some of your clearcoat so you want to reapply asap. Not as big a deal on a windshield but I still used polishes to give me a little comfort.

Welcome back Doc!
The accident at Nelson's...was that different than the indy style car that crashed like 2 weeks ago that I posted on FB?
As for the Cobb...yea...Jeff posted it last week. He is working on going through and finding an alternative now.

You can order just a wheel lock key through a mazda dealership. They have a big box of all the different keys. I want to say there are like 12 different ones. They can come out match it to your you another. I tried to just order a nut once and they thought I wanted a key that is why I know. I do have two different keys. If you want to try one just let me know. Probably between all of us we have the same key. I know my key fits Ben's wheel locks for example.

Jon, I'm out in Kent once a week at least now so your welcome to try my key too. Ya never know - save the $$ of a whole new set if you can ..

Thanks for the key offer guys... but I already got a new set for $10 that was posted in a link earlier.
I plan on running up to the dealer to see if they would lend me a master key so I can swap out the locks in their parking lot.

A big thanks to Doc for helping me with my brake upgrade this week.
New rotors and calipers on the front and ss lines all the way round. It went remarkably smoothly except for one of the break line bolts on the rear that just didn't want to cooperate.
The man is a wizard at removing rotors with an impact wrench and an old wooden handled screwdriver. Said something about learning the trick from Jon . . .

Who's up for a possible transmission rebuild soon? Probably some time in the beginning of August...
Second gear synchro is gone. All of my Sunday runs at the Toledo pro were shot because I couldn't get the damn thing into gear. Casual driving on the street even produces minor grinds.
Tried to order the parts last night online from Mazda Motorsports, but unfortunately on the page where they list all the synchros/gears/shafts for the actual guts of the transmissions, they only had an option to buy a stupid snap ring![Suspect](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/suspect.gif)
So I get to call them today and see what pricing is and crap. It may be cheaper right now to go to a pull-a-part and request a car and yank a trans just to get the car raceable again and spend the spare time rebuilding the current one so I don't have any down time. Ugh
And yes, I do have a warranty on the car to 100k, but to be honest I don't feel like going through the hassle to revert the car to stock to get it in there.

I'm up for it Brian!
Just don't make it for the weekend of the 14th or 21st since that is when I plan on flying to BHR.
Plus, I still need to swap my tranny for the donor's because my synchros are shot too, so this will be a good learning experience for me.

I'd be up for a pull-a-part trip. Maybe I can russell up a few bits off the pull-a-part car - auto-leveling sensor et al. Lemme know when and where.
