Sorry i didn't make it. Wife did indeed setup a semi-surprise party for me. I had expected it and i recognized 2 cars in the parking lot while we walked in to the restaurant. Had a great time. Kosmo's in Massillon is one of my favorite places to eat/drink.

Also. Anyone active on here do any research into dash cams? More specifically for general commuting documentation. Criteria is front and rear facing camera, decent night vision and the ability to re-write itself when the SD card is full. Any GPS - speed, date, etc would be a bonus.
I had a guy deliberately going into my lane this morning on the way to work because he must have taken offense to the fact I flashed my lights to get him out of the left lane. He wanted to go 60 with no one ahead of him. I wanted to go faster than that.
Just curious if anyone here has done any legwork on a market that is just starting to penetrate the US.

Alright guys, help me out. I just went to my second class today at UA (University of Akron) and we we're in speech class and a guy spoke about his rx8. Its white pearl and an 05 he named heather. Anyone know who this is? I didn't get a chance to talk to him and I wanna know if he is a member on the club. Also, anyone else going to UA please, let me know it might give me more motivation to bring mine up next time I go home.
Cheers.
Cheers.

hmm... only white one I know of locally was owned by a Cop out in Louisville. He said it was turbo-ed. The shop I was working at welded up some intake pipes for his MAF and BOV but I never saw the car.
Could be the next owner of that one assuming he ran into problems with the turbo, went back to stock and sold it.

Hey I just saw a black 8 with mustang style yellow pinstripe on the top and sides with black rims and chrome lips. Anyone know whose it is? Got me wondering.
Long time lurker here in the Cuyahoga Falls area, finally posting because I need some advice...
I'm having clutch problems after it was replaced about 2 months ago along with a warranty-covered engine replacement. No resistance (except springs) on the pedal until it is depressed about 4 inches from the resting position. I have had the clutch bracket replaced already from the recall, and when the clutch was replaced I adjusted the pedal myself to the recommended 1/4-1/2 inch of play. It is virtually impossible to get into gear at this point when the car is running. When off, it can go into gear. Yesterday, before the pedal got so soft, it was possible to shift, but difficult. It seemed that the clutch was never fully off the flywheel and the car would roll somewhat with the clutch all the way in as I tried to put it in gear.
Can anyone recommend any good mechanics in the area that would take a look at it? Montrose Mazda in Kent did the clutch and engine replacement, so I may question them about it since it hasn't been that long since their work. As far as I know, the clutch is not under warranty.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks. Its a 2007 GT.

SA22c/FE where you at the burgerking on the Stow and Hudson border the other day? I saw a Red Rx8 with the black and chrome wheels there going through the drive through. I was over in the Wendy's in mine meeting my parents for lunch.
RIP Furai

Hello, I work in the falls, I go to the montrose dealership in kent for some parts, I actually have become friends with the parts guy (Jeff) if you go in and talk to him he can have their master mechanic work on it, he is very knowledgeable about our cars. I can email him and see if there is anyway they can give you a break on it. If you go talk to him tell him I sent you (my name is Brock (yes like Pokemon)) I live in downtown kent if you ever need help. I drive a red 04 GT with black and chrome wheels.
Yes I was, I'm over that way for lunch every day.

I am up for a meet. Live 5 minutes from boneyard now lol.
I just ordered new brake pads, ATE brake fluid (clear since blue is illegal now lol) and ordered a new coolant reservoir with sensor from mazmart. I have the sensor buoyancy problem a lot of people have. All I need to do is wait for that to come in and go to Mazda to buy fl-22 coolant. I am flushing the system while I am at it.
