Bronx here, Vred also there is another one by 184 on morris ave right before fordham road. and another one in kingsbridge rd. so we pretty much 10 blocks away from each other.
refreshing to see NY plates on rx8s. kind of lets you know there are people who can drive that buys them. ( no offense to yellow plates).

THANKS DMC and JOHN.
Yeah check out the NY Rotary Association, we started out in Queens, NYC and quickly expanded to the 5 boroughs, LI, Lower Upstate Region (Bear MtN) and now we are fully in the entire NY state (Syracuse, Rochester, Albany). We hold meets starting in APril thru October once a month. We normally get between 50-70 RX-7 and RX-8s. The number of 8s has increased thanks to my boy Chris M from NJ Rotary Assocition.
So hit us up in a few months. I been known to tear up NYC roads late at night starting at 3am and going till about 430 am.
My normal runs consits of these roads
1. Grand Central Parkway
2. SOuther State
3 Van Wyck
4. Brooklyn-Queens Expressway
5. Long Island Expressway (Just a lil bit from exit 36 to 22)
6. Cross Island
7. West Side/Henry Hudson and FDR
8. Brucker Expressway towards Triborough bridge you know the elevated portion with the 4 huge lanes and ridiculous straigh aways (yeah there)
I normally dead a whole tank and do about 4 thru 6, 120+ MPH pulls in my 1987 RX-7 FC3S
AIM: NycRotaryRocket
Same goes for all of you rotor heads in the boroughs.
Just moved to CT, but like 50 cent " I live in CT ************, but i still run NY" lol
I am in the city from 630am to about 9pm MOn-Thurs and 11pm on fridays

I would go to the NJ meets ( i have in the past) but its too cold and i have 20w-50 in my rex, which doesnt agree with the current temperature.
IF this was my only car then i would need be using it rightnow, but i use the escape to and from the city, and will be getting a mazda3 for the Daily Driver

RECRUITMENT TIME....
So fellas how many of ya'll are down to chill on a Tuesday? We have really good turn out in Rutherford, NJ...I missed the past couple but we always have people come out from NY i.e. queens, BX, SI.
So I'm trying to rally up a few more people to come out and attend some of these get together. Good people we chill at a Starbucks (while it is off season) but when it is nice out we meet up on route 17 by hoolihans which gave us permission to use it on Tuesday nights.
So anyone interested?
