I got mine pre-mounted on 17" Fox wheels as shown on Tirerack.com site, ordered on-line including drop-shipment to a local dealer pre-approved on the web site. Only took a couple days. The M3's in various sizes have been in and out of stock.

Bottom Line: The OEM tires do not like the cold weather or any part of it (snow, slush, cold pavement, etc.). Because they are a hard compound they like to be warm.
