apotted- Titanium in Manhattan- East Village -3rd Ave? April 24

Damn I think it was 3rd Ave in the East Village Saturday night - an almost identical car to mine (not sure if it had strakes and clear corners like mine)

Was it a member here?

Cool. I honked but it was just as we were even, going opposite directions.

I really like the titanium color for the city- looks elegant in nice lighting, but when you park on the street at night it tends to blend in.

Did you park on the street? I am way to nervous to let a garage handle my car- between having to find reverse on the 6 speed and flooding the engine if they have to keep moving it. I have 3M coating on the front and rear bumpers just for street parking "bumps" by other drivers as they park,

I love the east village. I used to live on Ave. A and now that I live uptown I still go there like 5 nights a week.

moving out of the city was probably the best and worst thing i could do =p

for one thing, i'd of never bought the 8 if i was in the city.
on the other hand, all my friends are in the city and i'm left to parking issues like you just said =/

i used to live in the LES, Ludlow and Grand. i don't think my 8 would have fared well on the street.

I usually valet at a place that doesnt move around cars, that night i got lucky and found a nice n cozy spot across from bar89 so I could see my baby while i was sitting and standing.... the spot was roomy. For the city people make sure to check out Antique Garage... you will love the ambiance...
