There a few 8s zoom-zooming around Baltimore, but we're still the minority when compared to the 350z/G35 and S2000 crowd. My girlfiend lives in Middle River, so I'm frequently in the White Marsh area. If you see a Ti-Grey 8 around your way, honk...it could be me!

God thats so funny you said that. Friday evening i was at the avenue for a late movie. I parked 2 spots down from a silver rx8 close to 95 in the avenue extra parking lot. It looked like it had an aftermarket exhaust on it from the size of the tips. And to the right of the silver 8 was a g35. Was that you friday evening?

I have a jet black 8, 6 speed, with no spoiler. If that was you, what exhaust do you have? Id like to meet up with you one day to compare 8's. I have a few quirks i want to know if its just mine or if yours has it to. lemme know

No, wasn't me. I have Ti-Grey, 6-speed and spoiler. I just missed you by like 8/12 hours...I was at Barnes and Noble the following morning browsing the newstand racks. The Avenue is great...before the crowds get there! :p Went back there Sunday afternoon with my girlfriend to watch a movie ("The Village" wasn't very good) and they had a Corvette meet. Lots of 'em...all years, all models. Pretty cool!

What kinda' quirks does your car have? Mine has been pretty much "normal" for me...especially when compared to some of the owners here on the Club. At first, there were some "noises" that I found odd, but after doing research and questioning my service guys and other owners, I've pretty much accepted them to be the norm. Other than that, my 8 has been absolutely lovely! :D

Yes, yes the village sucked major donkey ****. I thought all of his movies did except 6th sense. Oh well.

For example my clutch pedel feels weird. It feels notchy as you release it. Not smooth, but it feels like... bumpy? i dont know how to describe it.

Also, on low speed turning, in say a parking lot, there is a low, muffled griding noise when your turning the wheel. Its coming from the suspension somewhere i think. Also when the car has been sitting all night and i pull out, thre is a low clunk noise.

And a rattle in the trunk over bumps. I dunno its just little annoying things. My car has been great otherwise and im happy with it (except i wish it had 30more HP). It would just be nice to meet up with another 8 owner nearby and be able to compare things, maybe even drive each others around the parking lot to just see if its common things.
