Thumbs up BlueRidge Parkway

Well, yesterday i decided to head west from norfolk over to the Shenandoah National Park and headed 180 miles south on the Blue Ridge Parkway..... And i must say, it is a MUST SEE..... The road is twisty and curvy, the surface is smooth and consistent, there are a lot of view points, virtually no traffic, and a lot of variety on this road!!!!! i had sooo much fun and just wanted to let you guys know that if you havent gone yet, you need to....
AND, a few pics of my girl

Ah...skyline drive...used to take it from Virginia to North Carolina every summer to see my grandparents. I think we stopped at the old water wheel mill every single year...it was kind of a tradition. Brings back some 20+ year old memories.

BRP is our back yard. You should post up next time and let us(Central Virginia Mazda Club) know your coming our way. Almost always get someone to ride with you, we love our little twisty road. Could show you some really fun roads right off the parkway as well.

i was wanting to come on here and see if anyone else wanted to do like a small group run down the road!!!! chances are i will be heading back that way soon and i will let you guys know so that i can get some buddies to come with me!!!!!
The only problem i had was a bit of snow on like the first 25 miles or so of the road....
But i wanna do another run soon, and im looking to go about 200 miles or so down the road, possibly more depending on what time we get on the road... Let me know if your interested or if you have any day trips planned!!!!!
