Club Motorsports - Tamworth, NH
Spin9k and I have been talking about making a trip up to Tamworth, NH to check out the progress that they are making on building this new track. It would be cool if we could get a few more club members to join us on the tour. Just let me know that you're interested and which day you would like to go. Thanks! :D

1.9 mile West Course
1.4 mile East Course

Large, dedicated vehicles dynamics training area
Professional driving school and personalized instruction
Garage and technician service

Club Motorsports is conducting guided ATV tours of our new facility every Saturday and Sunday for perspective members. For safety and insurance reasons, all tours will be conducted by a trained CMI representative through an approved route.
We will tour the eastern portion of the property following the track design. Please dress according with all guests required to have heavy-duty closed toe shoes (boots recommended), full length pants, and long sleeved shirts. Also, we recommend you dress in layers with a wind proof outer shell. We will provide helmets.
Box lunches and snacks will be available for a picnic style lunch.

Even though someone is not a memeber, I think the way is clear for the general public use of the facilities. As a member, I signed an agreement upon joining that stated in part:
"The member understands... Valley Motorsports Park is open to the general public and that the rights granted (members) do not limit ... to offer use of the facility to the general public."
I have not asked specific details, but this makes clear, that when there is available track time, that the public could be allowed use of the facilities. This is great for those that do not want or can't afford memberships! And it only makes sense from a revenue standpoint, I mean really, having such a beautiful setup that's not used would be a real shame.
As a member, I'm only guaranteed a few 30 minute periods a YEAR. Heck, I could spend HOURS just going around, and around, and around.. opps I'm getting dizzy!:D
Bottom line, don't pass up an opportunity to see what can be available to you, even if you aren't a member. And don't forget there's always the lottery... :D
These guys are hardcore car/racing guys. They've put their$$ (and mine) where their heart is (bless them all) - So come and join the fun!

Ditto Tigger + the last two dates. Anytime. Whenever it makes everyone happy. After deciding we *then* have to check if it's possible that date with Club Motorsports.

Due to trying to make last minute plans and being unable to reach the scheduling folks at ClubMotor sports, the tour schedulaed tentatively for this weekend is called off until we can make arrangements.
Sorry to those who were planning on attending, but at least now perhaps others will have a chance to attend.
Will let you know more when we can get some tentative dates from them
