Thanks for the help and advise. I'll have two days to complete it if needed. We'll see how it goes. I'm pretty good under the hood. If I get in a pinch, I'll let you know. I may video tape it. I'll see if I can do that.

Thanks for the site. I was hoping to try a few on at a store or something and then place an order online. Any recommendation on a local store? I know Iron Pony has DOT certified moto helmets. It'll work for AutoX, but I would like to get something that will work for track days also.

Sucks. I've been sick for over a week with Influenza (type A...lucky me) and I am FREAKING out. I've got a serious case of cabin fever, and if I don't get out of this house today, I think my brain might melt. Being snowed in just exacerbates the situation.
Argghh!!!

Not too bad here. We got 20 inches in Columubs, Oh.
My 8 was a happy camper, I dropped it off early Friday at the Audio shop for some work Saturday. They called early Saturday saying they were closing. He said they would try to get done Monday but it was going to be a mess with two days worth of business. I told them to take thier time, do it Tuesday if it helped them out. I figured it would keep it nice and safe
.
I was actually out Friday and Saturday in my Audi A6 AWD. It ws great!!! No problems on the side streets at all. Saw a lot of abondonded cars Saturday
.
Did a nice dinner Saturday on the smoker. Had smoked chicken, smoked corn, and smoked ABTs with Blue Moon beer and orange wedges. MMMMMMM
.
Did a few pictures...

Im sorry for not posting more about the RX-8 dyno tune. We ran into some time issues on the car and didnt have the opportunity to post when we would be doing it. Final numbers on the car were 269 RWHP. The mods were Greddy turbo kit, INT-X EMS and high flow cat. Everything else was stock. The stock exhaust was robbing probably 10 HP. Overall the Greddy turbo is a nice upgrade, but I would recommend ditching the Emanage for the Interceptor.

Oh, by the way Jason...pre-mix, or not to pre-mix...what sayest thou?

I recently purchased the idem-premix oil fuel lube from Mazdatrx and it seems to do the job. I don't use it on every fill up, more like every other fill up. A case is $45.70. I like it.

Last weekend(sorry, 2 weekends ago) I put the Ignition Coil Packs, Bracket, Plugs & Wires on and she runs like a raped ape. A totally different car it seems like. The pick up is like night & day. My fuel economy went from 17-18mpg to 21-23mpg. A huge difference if you ask me.
As for the install. I thought it was pretty cut & dry and simple. Removing the air intake really wasn't as bad as I've read about. I think I removed 5 vacuum lines and 2 or 3 electrical plugs then loosened up the housing and it pretty much came right out. The only hard part was the 2 plugs on the rear rotor. I had to jack my car up pretty high in order to get to them. But overall the entire install took about 2 hours, 2.5 with clean up, taking my time and making sure everything is connected and tightend. I've worked on harder cars than this. However, when I replaced the air filter with a K&N, that was the pain in the ***. I'm happy with everything.

Brian, we passed each other earlier today on Feder & the Thornapple intersection. I assume so since you have a red 8 and coming from the Westpointe direction. If not sorry.
