Does anyone have any places they can recommend for an amp and subwoofer installation?
Columbus Car audio does good work and are very up front/honest.

Take care,

Brian

Gotcha beat Jeff...I had surgery in late April. Are you going to Mid-Ohio all three days, or just Sat?

If all goes according to plan, I'll be there Friday & Saturday. I'm thinking of leaving Columbus about 8ish Friday, if you want to hook up. Loretta will join me Saturday. We'll probably leave late morning.

Sure thing. I'm planning on going early Friday as well. Perhaps we meet up again at the Burger King at Rt. 36 and 71 again like last time? Any specific time?

I was thinking of getting on the road by 8:00. GT practice is scheduled for 9:30, so that would be about right. That would put me at the BK about 8:20, give or take.

Anybody else joining us?

OK...I should be able to be there by then. If you don't see me by 8:30, go ahead...I'll catch up.

Just thought I would throw up a few pics from Mid-Ohio. I wish more of you could have made it - it was a great weekend!

Midpipes

I was wondering if any of you had replaced your midpipes and how much louder it made it? I have a mazdaspeed exhaust and cant decide whether to put a resonated midpipe on or a high flow cat? I dont want it to be annoyingly loud but the mazdaspeed is quiet exhaust so I didnt know how much of a difference it would make....

I have a resonated one from the RX8 store and I like the quality a lot. Make a fair bit of difference in the SOTP Dyno. As far a loudness, I cant comment because I installed it with a CorkSport CBE all at the same time. I have heard that they make the car somewhat louder, but nothing too bad. I think my car is fairly loud now, but cant attribute it to the MidPipe alone.

^^^^What Buckeye rx8 said LOL

FYI: Meet this Sunday July 12 @ 2pm at Sonic in Polaris.

It's supposed to be a great day on Sunday and we spiked quite a bit of interest from other forums so come on out and join us for a Mazda meet at the Sonic in Polaris .

Where: Sonic
1031 GEMINI PLACE
COLUMBUS, OH 43240

When: Sunday, 2pm

See some of you there hopefully! Yes, it's the same weekend as the Goodguys so it should be busy around that area.

Just a few shots of the nice cars I saw @ Barber Sunday. It was a beautiful day watching the race with my son.

16th might be ugly, but the 23rd sounds good to me. Any place in particular in mind?

16th is the last day of NASA at Mid Ohio so I am out for that date. The 23rd could be doable.

Does Polaris sound like a good general area?
