Question Extended Limited Warranty

We got our letter regarding the Extended Warranty the other day. We bought the Extended Warranty, so I called them today to see if there is some provision for those who bought an extended warranty, part of which is now being given. I got the impression that I was one of the first people to call about this, at least with the rep that I got. Anyone else in the same boat?

Nope if you posted it anywhere else you woulda got flamed. I posted it on another section and got flamed for no reason. I recently got my letter too, but I guess some ******** on the forum got it a year ago. It's free 60k/5 yr powertrain warranty!

I also got the letter only a couple of weeks ago. But I saw people posting that it was going to happen a few weeks before that.

Examine your extended warranty - does it say it extends it after the normal warranty ends? If so they might start you purchased warranty after the Mazda extended ends.

I never heard of rx8web.com to be honest. However, I started with a rx8club.com, I'm gonna stick to rx8club.com.... It's ok if people flame me, They're 20 years older than me. Plus the people there are herbs. Rx8club still answers all questions I asked, not everyone are ******** here. Just around 91.759590473%. =)

Lol Chizzer. The couple times I've wandered over to web is seemed like a lot of the same people.

Considering they are a lot of the same people and you just insulted them, maybe you like being flamed? :p

Now there's an interesting view. Is that a reference to the same herbs one would cook with? Lots of good info on both sites ... great "For Sale" section here. But if you have a question that your not sure about its validity, ask it over there. Of course if you like the occasional slap, here is a good place.

No no, you can tell there alot of people over there who dont like us. They REFUSE to put rx8club decals on. I bet half the site over there doesnt use rx8club. Only a small portion.

I'd rather take the occasional slap and understand my problem/question the first time, then get a bunch of soft *** answers from people who aren't allowed to flame. But thats just me.

So from now on, Tri-state area's, The regional forum wages an all out war against Rx8web.com.... Ladies and Gentlemen, Take your sides. lolol

Well your thread got side tracked BUT... read the fine print of the Extended Warranty. From my knowledge the extended warranty is coming from another company not Mazda. I'd assume most will state either A) From XX amount of miles till XX amount of miles we'll cover your car. Or B) After your warranty expires from Mazda we at Blahblah company will cover your car with our warranty for an additional XX miles.

If B your safe no worries.
If A I would definatly be talking to someone of that company about Mazda's extension and either fixing the contract or some form of reimbursment.

Hope I helped somewhat
