i'm still looking for a good one. i've heard partyka in hamden, CT is good but don't have any experience with them so i won't vouch for them. they have a big service area so the wait shouldn't be long but not sure how their service is. i'm going to keep an eye out on this thread as well as i'd love to find someone good to take mine to in the future.

Same here still looking for a good place to take my baby to also. Liberty Mazda in Hartford suck's. I took my car for them to check my idle problem and I think they f*cked up my clutch so that I will have to replace it. When I drove it down there it felt normal. When I picked it backup it felt strange when stepping on the clutch.

They said that my clutch was going and wanted 1200 dollars to replace it with a factory one. Kinda strange when my clutch felt nice and normal and when I got it back in one day they said that my clutch was gone.

Never fixed my idle problem and they made it worst.

Called up a Mazda in West Springfield and they wanted huge money. Don't know about the service but after hearing what they said it would cost to replace a clutch ($1500 + tax) OUCH!!! They might as well rip me a new ahole also while their doing my clutch.

So, if anyone finds a good one let us know.

Mazda in west springfield is pretty good on service. I've taken my car in for all recalls, they gave me zero problems on any TSB I asked for, and always offered a loaner when the car was expected to be in longer then the day. That said, this was all work that I did not have to pay for, but have heard other storys about thier prices. They are part of the Balise group up here and it's all about the money, but I would recommend them for most warranty work.

i currently go to norwood mazda, but have only been there for my first 3000 mile check-up... my car's still a baby.

they seemed to do a good job with the check-up, but on the phone they failed to mention to me that there was an emissions recall on my car, and so i ended up having to stay for 3.5 hours as opposed to the quoted thirty minutes... and im too young to get a rental car, so that suckeddddd.... other than that, they seemed to do a pretty good job and definitely kept my car clean.

im asking around about wellesley mazda too, and i might switch to them if i hear good things

The guy at Norwood Mazda is a racist dick. Liberty Mazda had long known for bad customer service. I might try Middletown as their parts department were good to me.

Which guy? I bought my car there and went there for a couple services. The service people seem nice but they are very disorganized and I've had to wait a while when I was there because of "miscommunication" between the departments.

There is always miscommunication there in Norwood. Had my recall done and my 30k mile service done.. I got a call around lunch time saying my recall was done.. and I mentioned "wow and my 30k that was pretty quick. The service tech Steve just said "Um.. hmm.. hold on........ oh ok.. I'll put your car back into the system." Aparently Drew or someone didnt put the paperwork through or a tech didnt read my paper work correctly. Next kidna work might have to suck it up and drive to Wellsely since I've been hearing raves about 'em. Has anyone told them they heard about 'em through this site?

Oh btw.. the service tech's at Norwood are nice but recently they have been kinda shady but still nice. They tried to sell me a Powerstearing Flush, I said "Um my Rx-8 doesnt have a power stearing pump so I kinda dont need it.." I got a reply of "Oh there are still gears that need to be relubed that is what it does."

I took my car to Mazda Gallery to get my bumper replaced after I got my rear ended and I told Drew to do an oil change while it was there, you know kill two birds with one stone. I called them at work to see if my car was ready and they said yeah it should be all set. I go there after work, fill out the paper work, but I noticed that they didn't charge me for an oil change. I asked them about it and they were like ugh...we'll take care of it right now, give us half an hour. Half an hour later I was walking around outside because I noticed some 8s and I see my car parked outside. I go back to the service desk and asked them if I was good to go and they said umm....give us another half an hour. Waited another 45 minutes until they fnished the job...Again, they seem like good guys, but bad management and organization.
