Great dealer service in NJ
Yesterday I noticed the infamous fogged rear lens. It had a lot of water droplets. So I decided to stop at the dealer where I bought my 8. The service manager looked at it and wrote down my vin. He said he'll check to see if it's in stock. He came out and asked if I had some time to spare. I said sure and proceeded to wait in the lounge. I barely had time to check out a new 8 and read the the newspaper, when he told me it was all done. Less than 30 min!!!! This is the 3rd time that I had a warranty item replaced with no questions( visor and console cover). The dealer that I am so happy with is Toms River Auto Mall, on Rt 37 in Toms River, NJ. Joe is the service manager that took care of me. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Frig: I had my fogged lens replaced today too, altho' I had to wait a week for an appointment. Some people have complained about Maple Shade Mazda, but the Turnersville service dept has always been fair with me. The manager is Jim Rich and he has gone out of his way for me a few times.
