Great Tire Shop - Town Fair Tire (Milford, CT)
i thought i'd share since i've had a great experience with a wheel/tire shop here in milford, ct. i would highly recommend town fair tire in milford, ct. i know they have some other shops in the new england area as well but can only speak for the one i went to.
while they may not have known a ton about wheels that they don't carry (the carry a lot of enkei's), they were more than accommodating to get me the 5zigens i was looking for. they matched the lowest price i could find and gave me a good wheel/tire price.
so any tire shop can do that, right? what made them stand out was the service i have received. i have had some issues with one of the TPMS i bought for these wheels. each time there was an issue they helped look at it, make recommendations, and finally i broke down and bought a new TPMS to have them put it on. not once did they complain or charge me. they simply said, "that's what we're here for."
in a world where everyone says that no one works for free it was nice to see a shop that is about building a relationship and provide service to their customers. they have provided perfect customer service and i will continue to go to them for any other tires for my car or my wife's.
if anyone else thinks about getting new tires and/or wheels i would say you can't go wrong going in and asking for Joe.

I'll second Town Fair as well! Glad to hear you had a great experience as well.
Only difference- I went to the one in Natick, MA. I just was there on Saturday with getting my tires there and having them mounted and balanced on my new wheels that I purchased elsewhere. They also price matched tire rack which was substantially lower than what TF was priced. Anthony also stayed 20 minutes after closing discussing the Toyo TR1's vs the Yoko AVS ES100's and the differences in performance and tread. They also took great care of my new rims when mounting. It was honestly the first time I EVER enjoyed purchasing tires!
