Deal's Gap Rotary Rally. It's a big rotary get together at the Tail of the Dragon later this month. The other similar event is the Brotherhood of the Dragon gathering in September. Fabulous roads to run.

i can't wait for DGRR. finally got my car kinda finished. still got a few more small things to do with my lighting scheme.

Up on Va Beach Blvd near Newtown Road there's a red RX-8 with a big *** wing and lambo doors for sale on a used car lot (north side of the road).

ALSO: I just registered for the April 20 autocross. Anyone else going? Derek? DEREK?

Is that at Little Creek also cause if it is I will definitely go but I wont run. Not quite ready for that yet

Yeah, it's at Little Creek. What's stopping you from running? Stock, you're in the B-Stock Novice class so you'd do well. They have loaner helmets, too.

Hey, hey, hey, I unfortunately have drill that day . Just got back today from a fun filled day of cone dodging and tire thrashing. Cone clinic They have another event tomorrow,but don't know if I'll be able to make that one. The instructors were very helpful, took home alot of pointers...Now I just need to apply

Our new site @ the old Ford Lot is great, Lots of wide open space

Hopefully I'll be able to make May event @ ACU4

I guess I'll have to represent. LOL.

I'm out of town for the May run and I'll be at VIR for the Mazda Drivers' course for the June run.

So, is the plan to shift to the Ford site or do the winter season there?

The autocross was more of a watercross, but that made it more of a challenge. The torque monsters (vettes, mustangs, GTO's) had a tough time in the wet, especially the guys with their slicks on. Still lots of fun.

i stopped by around 9. there were tons of cars there. after a while some of the rotary club started showing up.

When is the DGRR going to be. Nice to see 7 city ppl on the boards. I haven't been there in 3 years when I was stationed in Norfolk. How's the Mazda crew doing?

you missed DGRR. you can still go to BOTD though. its from Sep 24-28. usually i'm the only one that goes to the local meets.
