Hampton Roads RX-8 Club
I was thinking of putting together a RX-8 Club for 8 owners. A Hampton Roads Rotary Club already exists, but it seems as if its members are mostly 7 owners. No reason why the 8 cannot play with them, but I was thinking an 8 club so we 8 owners can hang, cruise and talk 8's.
I am one of the owners of Awful Arthur's in Virginia Beach. http://www.awfuls.com/ We could meet there and I can offer a 10% discount off all food & drink to the RX-8 members.
If this sounds like something any 8 owners in the Hampton Roads area might be interested in let me know. I will investigate further about a Club website, message board and calendar if there are enough 8 interested.

Sounds good! It'd be great to have some group get togethers & photo ops a couple times a year. My kid's schedules precludes any regular meets for me.

OK well I've registered a name for the club http://hr8c.com and have started to build the shell of the site. I am actually off the next (2) days so I will try to make some headway on it. If at all possible please try to visit the site a few times a day and send feedback. I will create an email account for the site "info @ hr8c.com".

I'm in. I'm surprised there haven't been more responses. There are a couple of people on this forum that are from the area. Guess they just haven't found this thread yet.

hey vice grip. I don't have a rear wing or a front and rear rotary accent. I looked at my profile and it says the same. I don't want to get bitched at for claiming I have stuff I don't. I'm not pissed or anything. Just want to keep the facts straight. Thanks
