lol I really wanted to start one of these because I saw a couple of them around here in the last few days and there was really no area for upstate NY, Like yesterday I sayw a TI gray Rx-8 in the parking lot parked next to me with South Carolina Plates (car was dirty), and the other day I saw another yellow rx-8 driving down the I-87 heading south. Then I know of another Ti gray thats out in Scotia New York, I pass by it all the time but I don't know who the owner is.

I'm in Texas but my family lives up that way. Most are in NYC but I have an uncle who has a boat on lake Saratoga and I spent summers theree as a kid. I also have family in Amsterdam and Albany.

 

Yea thats awesome i go to Saratoga Lake on my boat all the time in the summer and i live right on the main street in Albany right now. Every so often i see an rx8 or two driving around. I think someone has one at the pepboys parts store down the road from my house because i always a AWB rx8 in the parking lot

 

i live in Old Forge NY, in the ADK's ive seen a few 8 around... i have a black one, seen a Titanium Grey in Yorkville at Best Buy, left me a nice little note that said "nice car" also see a Red one everytime i go to Utica in Barneveld NY

 

I hate bringing old threads back to life, but since my fiancee lives near Saratoga Springs, I keep seeing a yellow one like mine when I get off exit 13N on I-87. Wonder if they're on the forum here.

 

I'm not trying to thread jack or bump an old one, but there hasn't been much activity and Since I live in the area it's of particular interest to me.

If you see a sunlight silver Series 1 buzzing around with NH plates the same as my handle on this site then you've spotted me .

Grew up on the East Greenbush side of the Hudson across from Albany and am back that way on & off to hook up with friends and family, etc. Usually in Saratoga a few times during the summer for Jazz Fest in late June, the ponies in August, and golfing whenever. If you see a silver RAV4 with NH plates and a big honkin aluminum canoe strapped to the top, that's probably me too .
