Indoor Go-Kart Racing

Not really an RX-8 related thing... but if your near the Allentown, PA area there is an awesome indoor go-kart track that just opened up a few months ago. I checked it out last night and it was pretty cool - the track is a quarter mile long, 15 turns, and they use professional racing go-karts (6.5hp 45mph top speed... unfortunetly not shifter karts though ). All you lap times are recorded and ranked and displayed on the video screens. Each race lasts 8 minutes... i believe my fastest lap was a 34.9sec (the track record is a 31.9). Everything is very clean and professionally run.

All in all its a pretty first class european style karting track that i highly recommend

Sounds Very Familar to F1 Racing Boston. These things are very popular atleast when it first started out around here. Business's would hold their meetings there and afterward would let off some steam by having a few race's. That and there have been a few car meets at our local one. Hmm.. might have to put one together soon for there.. Damnit should of done that for my bday bah!!!! lol

Um, google maps says more like 2 and a half hours away with traffic.

If you can time it right to avoid traffic you might get an hour and 40 minutes.

Something 90 miles away is the suburb of two things... and jack left town.

You should check out NEPOC more often. We went to F1 Boston a couple months ago and we are planning another meet in December with the owner of Mazdas247.com who is flying in from Japan.
