King Farm of Rockville
I am moving to King Farm in Rockville on Tuesday Jan 10th. I was there signing the lease last night and saw a VR parked outside by my soon to be home. Just curious if they are on this forum.

King Farm is pathetic.
Way over-priced and crammed into the second nastiest part of Rockville. Enjoy the traffic and the smell from the waste transfer station.
My favorite part of King Farm is the daily colisions between 50-something face-lift queens in their BMW and Mercedes SUVs. If they would just get that one last surgery to have the cell phone actually attached to their heads so that the would have a hand free to steer (the other hand is usually busy shoveling yogurt into their pie hole).
I watched a woman slowly run over a shopping cart at the Safeway a few weeks ago. She was on the phone and obviously bothered that her over-sized European taxi cab wasn't moving so she just gave it more gas. She didn't stop until she was trapped on top of the cart because it wouldn't collapse. I'm sure she sued Safeway.
I just don't understand people that will pay $0.75 million or more for a 1200 sq/ft townhouse spread over 4 floors with no garage just so they can be 7 minutes closer to DC.
Enjoy the dump truck parade on its way to Gude Dr. 24 hours a day.

You sound a little bitter! You really don't have to talk trash about where someone lives either. I mean im sure you have reasons to say what you do but I have yet to experience any of it. But it's more like 2000sq ft., 3 floors, 2 car garage. Its a nice area and i dont really mind the rich ladies that can't drive, atleast they wont shoot me.
VmanX - We will have to meet up some time. I have a blue 8 as well!
