Seriously, I'll be happy if I break 200.
Jeff, you have no idea the activity underway at this very moment over at the shop. The MM turbo was a couple vacuum hoses short of ready, and Mark's car was getting its new injectors when I left around 5pm. Unrelated they were doing an 8 rebuild and a early 90s 7 was getting a garret single turbo setup too.
Poor guys are gonna be up all night!

Couple other updates.
Doesn't look like we'll be doing a BBQ for this one (no grill at the shop) but there's a pizza place down the road. Chips / sodas / etc are all good ideas if you want to bring anything. I picked up a case of Golden Monkey about 30 minutes ago and will be bring a cooler

Order a Hawaiian pizza for Jeff, a few Monster coffee drinks, and that guy can work all day.

Jeff took my brand spankin' new injectors up to 90% load and had a peak run of 196whp. After bringing my timing and afrs in and going conservative with the tune I ended up consistently 187-188whp.
The wife was riding my *** and by about 7:30 I had to call it quits and left the guys there. We were at 4 of 6 when I left.
Had a great day and am happy with the performance of the car. My Spring project will likely be upgraded injectors... One of my datalogs showed my car sucking down 330g/s of air ... Jeff thinks we can still get a bit more out of it, but for now I'm pretty efen happy.
We got a late start, and of course everyone took longer than expected (me likely being the longest). Still am waiting on the #s for the MM upgraded garrett and Mark's TXTs indicate he's pulling now

Oh Jedi... Jeff got his two Monsters and a Hawaiian pizza. He pulled double duty today an ran the dyno (cars on and off) most of the day since the shop guys were busy with everything else going on.

yeah, crazy torque numbers... I didn't get a dyno sheet... will need to have Dave print one out for me next week.
Mark's #s should be coming up soon... he's going in with basically the same setup but has boost control and upgraded injectors...
The 6 port NA 40th auto had (we're thinking) ignition problems. I don't think he got much over 160.
The MM turbo w/ methanol got in the mid 200s... I think I read 240ish a little earlier.
The remaining 4 port NA was in the 120s... think he's going to pull his cat.
One additional 6MT ran but I don't have his numbers... I think he's got a fairly "new" engine so it should be good to see what the remans are making.

At midnight I was up to 195HP / 193TRQ but my fuel pump started going bad. I really have a feeling if it could of easily made 200HP with more tuning. The Walbro needs to replaced asap so not sure if I'm buying another one or just putting stock in.

Damn Mark! That really sucks! I'm surprised Jeff didn't pull one out of his bag.
And midnight??? Talk about committed!!! Between Jeff and the KDR crew we got some pretty good treatment!
Think we can make it to Spring? I'll see about booking a date
Jeff thanks again for taking care of us!
