So I got an alignment today and took a look while the car was on the lift, and got some news:
Good news: I did in fact install my sway bars correctly.
Bad news: the clunking sound is coming from my rear shocks, both of which are leaking a little oil. 65K miles of NY and baltimore roads finally took its toll.
So I guess I go looking for some decent entry-level coil-overs?

hey thanks both of you for the tips. I PMed snipaz.
A small height drop would nice, and I was initially lookin into Koni yellows + tien h-tech springs....to be honest I don't really need multi-way adjustible coilovers, but hey if I can get some good ones local and/or for cheap then perhaps that'll work out.
Only thing is that I think most coilovers use springs that are very stiff compared to stock, and I'd rather not go too crazy with something more than a 30% or so increase in spring rate....
I'm really busy till semester's over in 3 weeks, so I'm gonna have to wait till then to put on whatever I get. You can all help, I'll make BBQ!
