LEDs for the tail lights you mean? You can get them on ebay all day long. Try to get the multi LED bulbs they shine better.
If you mean the rear rotar / fog light / parking light....they are easily made....

I have one that is already made more or less....I even have an actually harness that you can wire up...if your interested I'll sell it to you i have no use for it cause i have an after market rear end. let me know.

by good price... i mean something that isnt overpriced for the quality. i dont want to spend a little bit less for crappy lights. so... i guess you could say the best valued lights? idk
