It will be, lets get Moon unloaded quick, more time for installs,,, Ohh yeah not sure if Moon mentioned this or not,,, but he is now renting a lift from a local performance shop...

ah, wow. didnt expect it to be that short notice. :/
sorry. i had an appointment with my bodyshop today. $1500 to get my kit painted. a bit more than i wanted to spend, but they'll fit it properly too. although, fitment isnt really an issue at all.

I just wanted to say, thanks to everyone for coming out to our RX-8 gtg today to get Moon's stuff stowed away in storage and do some install work, eat some burgers and chill. Thanks very much to everyone that helped with the move, helped installing stuff, or provided a house for us to chill at and get some work done. Today just proves again what a great club this is, with some really cool people. I hope to hang with you all again tomorrow for sushi!
I did take some pictures of the move and install stuff today, but I'm dog tired so I'll post them tomorrow or Monday time permitting.

Thanks again guys for helping me out, I couldnt do it withought the help of each and everyone. Also the meet was great, good food and people. I hope to join you again next time.

Striker and Wankel, I will not be joining you at the Shen this time round, My car isnt track worthy and I decided to cancel and take my time with making sure everything is up to snuff and safe before I go throwing it around full throttle...

Soloed Sunday afternoon in Novice Group, managed to outrun or keep pace with everything but three Corvettes with "Z" somewhere in the name, a '86 Dodge Shelby Turbo Omni
two badass VW R32s and a Miata that carries it's own hairdryer 
.On the way home (made it under my own power this time!), I noticed a whine coming from the drivetrain that seems to be from the transmission. Shifting seems OK, but the whine is most noticeable in 3-4, a bit less in 2nd, barely there in 6th. Input shaft, or start looking for a replacement trans?

An OC Cruise sounds like a good idea... I will be down OC June 5-7 for the Ocean City car show, me and my company will be inside the covention center with our new booth! We are leaving Friday morning and setting up once we get there but its a huge show for those who don't know... If anyone wants to join shoot me a message and I will give you guys the details....
