I'm not sure where in Harford County you are located but there is a spot I like in Glen Arm (which is pretty close to the Harford/Baltimore County line if you're not familiar) called MA Motorsports. They're pretty knowledgeable and have experience working on rx8s. Building race cars is really what they focus on so they'll be a bit expensive on more minor stuff like oil changes and such. I've always felt they would try and work with me to make things cheaper and never felt they were trying to rip me off. DIY is always an option too if you're comfortable with a wrench. It's not a bad car to work on but if you're like myself, you may not always have the time to do the work yourself.
ATO Autosports is also a good option for after market work. They're not a mechanic shop so they don't do oil changes or other maintenance work. Full disclosure though, my brother-in-law works at their Parkville shop so maybe I'm biased but they do good work. I got a partial vynl wrap done there and they did a fantastic job.

Hey Nate, just curious where do you do autocross? I've been thinking about maybe trying to get into that in the not too distant future. I don't think I really have time at the moment because life has decided to get in the way but I figured maybe I can at least start looking at what the local options are.

Edit: I just saw the links in your signature. I'm an idiot...

I moved to Baltimore this summer from the Midwest, and I am trying to find a place that will store my winter tires/rims so I can just drive in and have the shop swap them for me twice a year. It seems this is a more common thing in the Midwest. Any suggestions for places in the Baltimore/DC area that offer this service?
