Okay I am trying this one more time

Anyone up for a Maryland scenic drive on Sunday 5/1 ? You too Virginia and PA!

I am only fishing for interest now... if there is enough response, I'll post an edit below confirming the meet.

Details:
1. Meet at 10:30AM Sunday 5/1 in the Olney Theater Parking lot (across the street from the Olney Ale House, Rt 108 & Dr Bird Road).

2. Leave at 11:00am for a tour of some of my favorite roads in Montgomery, Howard and Carroll counties and stop for a group photo op.

3. Return to Olney around 12:30 for lunch at the Olney Ale House.

Olney is 40mins from Baltimore, < 2hrs from Gettysburg, PA and 30mins north of DC. If I get 5 or more RSVPs, it's a go and I will post directions. I'd like to see at least a dozen or more... com'on y'all...

Also anyone with talkabout radios, please bring them.

to 108,
to Annapolis Rock Rd (94),
to 144,
to Carrs Mill Rd (heading back south),
to Bushey Park Dr,
to Daisy Rd,
to Jennings Chapel Rd,
to Howard Chapel Rd,
to 108,
to 650 south,
back to Olney for lunch at the Olney Ale House.

We leave around 11am and get back around 12:30-1:00 and have lunch.

Well sgof from the rx7 forum suggested why dont we just ride up to some AutoX meet.. that same day.. i dont know the location or address i'll get more info later

That's okay if you like, but I am really up for the tour posted above so I'm still on for the original scenic drive, as posted.

Sunday is calling for great weather and a terrific driving day. There does not seem to be much interest in this drive however.

If there are not at least 5 confirmations by Friday, I will cancel due to lack of interest.

Somehow I did not see this thread before today. That's odd because I check this thread often. Well, I definitly would have been interested! I wonder if others just didn't see this thread either?
