I think it's safe to assume you own the 8 I see parked at the athletic area on Walnut then! I've seen it a few times on my way home from the YMCA after swimming. I've thought to stop, but I didn't want to freak anyone out! My finacee and I were at Whole Foods one day when an 8 with exhaust pulled in. Jeff the and I loved the sound so he went out to ask the guy about it. I think he was a little weirded out by being randomly approached in the parking lot about his car hahaha.

6:30 yesterday VR on Walnut St. that flashed his lights - that was me in the VR going the opposite way.

I'd avoid their service dept since I've only had hassles with 'em and at one point had to print up several TSB's that needed to be done since the problems I had were not being addressed properly at all (even after mentioning that there were TSB for my issues.). But some (re: Older, better job) people have said they are great and never had a problem.

All I ask is if you buy from them rape them hard in the sales price. Whatever you wanna pay take off a additional 1.5k atleast just for me ok

Oh btw I might be frequenting the Natick Area soon, got a job offer might take it sorry had to post it somewhere hehe.
Really? Thats wierd. The guy Ive been talking to know his stuff pretty well. We were talking about the rotary and discussing the clutch and gearbox, as well as handling and suspension for quite a while. And he was bluntly honest about the faults (as few of them as there are, lol). When I took it for a drive, he'd nailed everything on the head. I mean, maybe he couldn't pop the hood and start taking stuff apart, but he certainly knew everything I was concerned about. And about the service, I've heard pretty much polar resonses. Most people tell me impeccable service, but Ive heard a few annoyance stories.

PS Ill be shakin em down no matter what; Ill get you the 1.5k.

Spotted a VR 8 w/ MA Lic Plate on 95 in Providence RI at about 10:15am this morning. I drive all day long all over Mass and RI, it is so rare to see an 8. I see more Porsche's on the road than 8's.

Porsche has been around a very long time with many different models. The RX-8 production numbers are not even a drop in the bucket in comparison.

I understand that porsche has been around for a long time. When looking for a car that is different and will stand out the RX8 does all that with a lot of performace for the buck. Aside from spending hundreds of thousands on a high end exotic you can't find a car that will stand out as much as the 8's. Some people i see don't even know what it is. I love that!

I've had good experiences with gallery, but Clavius related some stories to me that sound like they can be assclowns at times. At this point, I'm going to use them until they do something that pisses me off.

Gonna be up in the Natick Mall area tomorrow around 10am for a meeting with a DM about my job offer. As the Manager of the store said "Just a formality and after its done we can make a offical job offer.". I can't wait I'm looking at a 10k+ year boost in money whoohoo!! lol

Gallery is as Eforcer said a mixed bag. Me and Holy talked about it once and its more about your age and how much you make in terms of how the Reps handle you. Drew is 50/50 with me but he knows (atleast now) that I know what I'm talking about. Lee um yeah stay away from him heard a few bad things about him in handling customers. There is a new guy whom I havent dealt with at all yet so I'm unsure about him. My frustration with them is well documented on the site.

+1 for Sentry West. They are great people there. I bought my 8 in Wocester but always take it in for service at Sentry. Jim Kelly is great and they are 8 fans.

The only comment I would make is that you need to be aware of what Mazda recommends for your service intervals because they do recommend performing some items earlier than Mazda. Whether or not you wanted to perform those tasks early would be your decision.

Ti Grey no spoiler last night in a driveway in Newton on a dead end street. Not sure if I was in the Highlands still - I think it was around Endicott? I got lost walking the dog I still don't know the area very well at all after a year and a half! haha.

I seen a Stormy Blue Mica (I think that is the color) in Norwood Today in the Blockbuster stripmall in Norwood around 11am. Then a BB A/T in Norwood around 5'sh on Day Street. Btw to the BB A/T owner you need to wash your rims man.. they had enough brake dust to form a new pad lol
