Nice to meet you too Steven, your car is really well put together, looked even better in person, some people that already knew me were making sure I checked it out, some may have heard me say, "I know about his car Ive seen many pics of it", and again it was like I said "even better in person",,,, Good Job
One of the best engines bays around,,,, Ohhh and I love the RE Amemiya rear skirts, you should consider getting the RE sides then it would tie together your rears and your front half splitters,,,

I'll let him tell you, but Steve is probably one of the most knowledgable Rx8 Fi guys around. He's doing things on the LOW that haven't been done before. I hope he posts a thread when he's done.

i don't have a build thread, i just wanna keep it low, but i believe some people in NJ follow my build from greddy turbo. first i had greddy turbo, but with upgraded off everything (anything you can think of from cooling system to injectors and ignition), then i upgraded the turbo system to Mazsport type 1, and since then, i kept it. i ran INT-X because i have a tuner who tune my car. my car has been running for 16k miles with Fi...tuned of course...but yeah, looking forward to meet you and see your set up in the next meet.....

Alright, I definitely have to check out your car... I did a little RX8club searching and found some threads about the upgrades you have done to it. I'll have plenty of questions when I get a chance to see it in person. We can exchange thoughts about our builds. I'm still in my tuning process, but the car is running excellently minus this overboosting issue I'm still sorting out. I drive it every day. I've already gotten 5000 miles boosted!

As long as it's not waxing by myself! Leshil and I washed 3 cars that day, and I ended up almost waxing his entire car while he windexed the front window...lol

You and snowboarding, Two feet stuck on a board is just a disastrous idea for someone as clumsy as I am XD But hey! You all can go snowboarding, I'll stick to the fireplace and some hot cocoa. ^_^

BTW

Greg, I don't know if you know, but i noticed as we were driving back, your left headlight is brighter than your right one. I think you may have a burnt out bulb or something. if not....your car just likes to wink at Leshil's tail end XD

and just b/c Molly said Rory is mandating animated smilies for each post there!

Great meet ppl!!!!!!!!!! I just got home.... I extended the festivities a lil

Snow boarding is def a good idea for a sushi substitute over the winter. There will be a thread about it soon, once the details are a little more refined.

Great meet, I finally made it out to one. Sucks I had to leave early but I had other engagements to attend to.

I might be able to make it out to the next meet if it is dry, but long distance drives in the cold rainy weather with very low tread = not a relaxing drive. Going home was extremely difficult to keep my car from sliding all over the place...

This was by far one of the best meets that I have been to yet. Was a lot of fun even with the less then par weather. Sad that this may be the last one for this year, but we have to make sure we get it going next.

For the Maryland folks, we should do some mini meets during the winter where we don't have to drive as far. Just get together like the 7s do at Fuddruckers or something.

Great planning though guys. Hibatchi was a great touch for those of us that don't do sushi.

Yeah true that, I will try and pick a place for Nov meet in MD even if just 15 of us show thats fine by me and I will make it out. With that said.

There is a really good Sushi resturant in Edgewater, MD. There is a pretty big parking lot off to the side of the resturant, plenty of space.

The place is called

Fuji Japanese Steak Seafood House Hibachi & Sushi Bar:
169 Mitchells Chance Rd, Edgewater, MD
(410) 956-8898 ‎
http://www.fujisteak.com/ (Website seems to be down)

If you want to learn a little more about the resturant please check out this article from a local magazine.

http://www.whatsupmag.com/apr06/restaurant.shtml

I can not seem to find a menu online, but I can stop by and grab one and post it here. They have 2 different menu's one for hibachi and other for sushi. The Sushi menu out beats a lot of resturants I have been to and I was not as impressed with Banzai as this place in Edgewater (Fuji). Some of you Marylanders could have been to their other resturant in Crofton/Gambrills..

I was thinking we should all meet up at White Marsh meet spot like normal for the MDers for all Sushi meets. But instead of just us MDers we should have PA, NJ, NY and whom ever wants to come meet up at White Marsh Park n Ride and caravan down to the resturant. Should be a good 45 minute caravan ride.

Let me know what everyone thinks, hopefully it shouldnt be to cold or snowing :-/

that's questionable, University park already had 6 inches this past week, but let's hope for no snow, specially cause next month will be my bday XD I'm going to have to get a bikinitini in honor of it all lol

I'm all for a huge caravan from Whitemarsh, and if this place is as good as you say it is, bring it on!

And goose, that stupid waitress took like 25 mins to get us our drinks....she took WAY too long...
