I really should check this thread more often... rt 3 on the other side of 476 isn't too far of a hike for me. Will have to pass today (installing coils) but will try to make the next one!

I had a lot of fun at the meet and it was great seeing you all again. I think we had a good turn out especially for the first meet of the year. I would like to suggest however, that we start having the meets on Saturdays. I didn't get home until 1am last night and I am sure other people got home around the same time or even later. This would not be much of an issue if it were not that I, and other members, have to go into work early Monday morning.

THAT WAS AN AWESOME MEET!! Yes, I know, I'm the loudest and most obnoxious person there, but you all shall remember me, which is exactly what counts! I'm really proud of the turnout (sans MD, where did everyone go? sheesh) and I feel this was a fantastic start of our 2010 year!
and I agree with rory on the saturday thing, of all the mornings, monday mornings are when my bosses have their mandatory "What the **** we did last week and will do this week" meeting...that I can't miss out on.
Saturdays would make the drives easier for us 9 - 5ers imo

For us, college students, I think that will be preferable too. I may be speaking for myself only , but there is no way in hell I would be able to go to a DE meet on a Sunday night with class early Monday ... and plus, even if I get back at 1 .... I still have time to go out a little. Who says you can't have the cake and eat it too?
