MSCW Meeting June 1st (VA/MD/DC)
The Mazda Sportscar Club of Washington monthly meeting is Wednesday June 1st. An average of 50 Mazda vehicles show up. Condsiderably more if the weather is nice. :D RX-8s (Stock and Mod) have been in abundance the last two months.
People and cars start arriving around 6pm in the large parking lot in front of the Fuddruckers parking lot on Spring Hill Road in Tyson's Corner (Vienna), VA. From I495 or Route 123, go west on Leesburg Pike (Route 7) to the first light past McDonald's on the RIGHT and Rosenthal Mazda/Nissan on the LEFT. Turn left on Spring Hill Road. Fuddruckers is a short block down on the left. If you are coming FROM THE WEST on Route 7, Spring Hill Road is the second light past the toll road. Turn right to Fuddruckers on the left. Rosenthal Honda is on the right at Spring Hill Road and Route 7.
The meeting will begin around 7:30 in the private dining room in Fuddruckers unless it is REALLY nice weather and a WHOLE LOTTA people show up and we don't have a video presentation. Then we could stay in the parking lot for the meeting.
If you are new to Mazda, this is the place to go to learn more from those who have lived it for years! Also, details of past and future events will be provided along with various other tidbits.
For further details go to MSCW.COM. Both new and renewal memberships will be accepted at the meeting. I believe the June newsletter is going out this week to current members.

el Presidente is leaning towards an outdoor meeting. I think we are supposed to have the raffle for the $350 helmet if enough tickets are sold. $1 a ticket. So if you got tickets at the club picnic or get them tonight - you have to be present at the drawing to win. Guess I will find out with everyone else in attendance whether the drawing is tonight or not.
