ok, update, everything still looks good for the meet. but we are doing a remodel on the store, going to be getting into home theater as well, and part of the plan is to move the lift and such to our other store. i do not know when this will happen exactly, but i am hoping that we will still have the lift for the meet.

also, i dont want things to get out of hand, we have limited time available, and there are already 5 cars getting some pretty involved stuff done. i am not trying to turn anyone away, but i think what i am going to have to do is limit the big stuff to what has been listed already.

1. Chuck (lurch519) I will be helping with doing mods.
2. Chris (chrism) Zex kit with purge, bottle opener and heater and maybe 2 guages
3. Kevin: Sway swap, Spring swap, maybe more swapping who knows right now.
4. Pat (Shinka213) - possibly sways if you can squeeze me in...
5. Mike (Steakboy42)- Clear Corners
6. Benny (lil benny) sways(F/R), Midpipe, coils, MAYBE rear carbing bar
7.......(jzrx8) coming to chill/learn
8. Dave (8is>enuff) If the time and tools are available I'd like to install brake rotors/pads/SS lines.

small stuff we should be able to fit in with no problem, ie corners, vents etc. if it is nice out, ie warm, we will have a lot more space to work, but i dont want us to get so inundated that we dont have enough time to finish.

It seems like you guys will have more time to work on your installs. My car is currently in the shop awaiting a new clutch/flywheel. Unfortunately the pressure plate is on backorder and won't be in to RX7store until the end of this week, then it has to be shipped to my shop. So barring an act of God I don't believe I'll be able to make it - with my car at least. I may still stop by to help out.

It didn't seem like anybody was too eager to tear apart my brakes anyway. No big deal. Now you guys can stick to the nitrous, light suspension mods and mutton.

Chris - when I get my car back I'll probably bother you for a bit of help. If it helps, I promise no cars will crash into your apartment after I leave.

I dont think its that we dont wanna do it. I believe its more of a dont want to say sure but run outa time and have someone feel bad 'cause their stuff didnt get done.

Got Pat's address and mapquest says 5 hours and 45minutes.. which translates into 3 hours for me hehehe.. j/k. I'd say 4.5 hours if that. Getting to New Haven took about a hour and a half but mapquest said 2.2 hours.

Going to Kev's (My10ae) on Saturday to switch Exhaust's and pick up all you guys stuff.

I'm going to assume around 4-6 o'clock on a Saturday it isnt that bad ><! I can't wait for the drive down though. Going to New Haven was a blast, minus the few close calls by moron drivers. Thinking I might stop in New Haven and get some munchie food and top off on gas then attempt to make it to Pats straight through.

Good news. Jason managed to find a pressure plate for me, so my parts are being shipped today. There's a good chance my car will be ready for the meet. Nice.

I'll leave the brakes at home but I plan on doing tranny and diff fluid while there. Might as well do something.

If all goes well I'll meet up with the North Jersey group at TPKE exit 8.
