It's north of the exit 8 ramp, unfortunately. I just checked using Google Earth. You may have to go up to Exit 8A and turn around if you're coming off Rt.33. I know there is no entrance ramp for that Rest Stop from the Northbound side.
Actually, it appears there might be an entrance ramp from the Northbound side (according to Google Earth), but it's kind of hard to tell. It might be just a NB exit ramp from the rest stop.

50/50 chance I'll have the Sport Shocks from Brillo by friday in time for the meet. If anything I'll see if he can/could see if there is a shipping option to make sure they are at my house by Saturday afternoon (I plan on leaving my town by 3 the latest).

you can avoid some tolls on the NJTP by crossing over into PA using 95 (gettin on above the trenton area)....no tolls on 95 and no bridge....
