Those are the kind that are actually screw clamps but look like AN fittings. If this is too much just get rubber line and strap-type, as opposed to worm-screw, clamps. They look better and they don't "bite" the rubber.
ok i hope i can find this...is this an absolute must?....didnt this come with the kit? or is this for dress up cuz i wanted to keep it stock looking

question: When I stop kinda heavy or from like say 65 to get in my driveway I get shaking in the steering wheel kinda bad.

had brakes checked and they are fine they said a lil glazed but not anything more then normal, rotors arent warped/grooved or thin

fluid is fine anyone know of what it could be?

I know you said you had the brakes checked, but did they check the calipers? This has happened to me in the past and it was the result of a frozen caliper. One side was making contact with the rotor when I applied the brake, and the other side wouldn't move. It only happened during heavy braking. A light touch and you wouldn't feel it in the SW. I ended up putting a new caliper in. Maybe check the range of motion for each side of the rotor on each wheel.

hahaha... Chris... hahaha.. had fun.. I better be able to see pictures on Sunday man.. I sadly can't show you pictures of my night.. forgot the camera in the car

To bad your not on AIM so I could harass you..

Oh and Pat.. directions to your house are being printed as I type this 5hours and 45minutes. I figure with my driving that is more akin to 4hours and 45minutes hehehehe.. well nah I still have to make my 2 stops.

Plan is to again call you when I leave my town and then again when I make my second stop, which will be somewhere between NY and PA. Oh I was told that bears and cows walk aimlessly in the road in PA that true?

All,

Getting ready to do some minor bodywork on my 8 today (sigh). Thursday, as I was coming back from NYC, I had a minor FB with a tractor trailer. Stop and Go traffic, a lane change by the truck and myself, and a 30" tire scrape resulted in the rear bumper of my 6 month old Shinka getting ripped out by the bolts on the drivers side. Lucky no real damage. If I'm unsuccessful in re-attaching it today, I may need some guidance tomorrow at the "clinic". I downloaded the Service manual from a 2004 RX-8, from a link I found, which I hope matches my 2006. Doesn't look too hard to do.

(I don't think it's aimless. They know where they're going.)

Well, I'm at April's Dad's place right now. Dumb *** me forgot to grab a camera, so someone will be taking pics for me. Hey pat, expect a call from me a little later. I cant wait for this guys. I'm trying to convince April to at least stop by during the day. I told her she can hang out with Charles' SO. Well, I'll prolly be on later to get an update. Peace!
