i can give you the one that I've been running, it's a work in progress but i've done many little changes as I go and it's very safe for a N/A car. did all the little things inc oiling, fan temps, slightly pulled timing and leaned out the top end a bit, mid 12's at WOT.
but mm will probably do a better job of it in the end then me ;]

I swear by pb plaster that is the only stuff that seems to work. I went so far once with a frozen nut and bolt i filled a balloon with a little bit of pb blaster and stretched the balloon over the bolt and nut and tied it so the bolt area and the nut were soaking over night lol. When i came back in the morning it came right off I spilled the balloon out and lots of rust particles..........PB BLASTER FTW!
