Yo Wayne Mazda Sucks. The customer service is not up to par with there competitors. When I get home I'm post a new thread of my horrible experience here. In every Mazda forum I can find including YouTube.

When i went to wayne to buy a car i put a down payment on a speed3 a week later i decided against it they said we are keeping the money i got on the phone with a service manager he was arguing with me about keeping the money also i was like you are crazy im gonna call mazda usa or whatever you are crazy if you think you can keep my downpayment or im gonna have it refunded through amex with a dispute long story short they refunded my money....and then tried to offer me incentives for a new car lol. Everyone raves about their service because they are the largest i felt like a number when i went there nothing special.

service and sales are two completely different places in a dealership, like there could be sales and service reps that have never met each other but have been working there for years.

Well 1st off. I dropped the car off Tuesday May 4th.
1. I tell the customer service rep exactly whats wrong with the car.
- Water pump belt broke
- All the coolant came out of the car through the reservoir
- I had a consistant oil leak for the past 3 weeks in the front of the motor. "Which I believe caused
the belt to break because they were soak in oil and throwing
oil on my hood when the car was in operation."
2. On Wednesday they call me and tell me
- The motor must have been leaking coolant which caused the belts to break.
I say BULLSHIT I'm under my hood everyday. I have never leaked coolant before. So thats the first bullshit story from them.
3. So after that bullshit. I called and ask to speak to Kevin directly. He tells me they never told him about a oil leak. SO he never attemted to look for it (How would you not notice with oil residue every where. Even the altenator had oil on it)
So now after I spoke to him he now knew everything. He said after he gets the car running he will look for the oil leak.
4. The customer service rep calls me and tells me they couldn't find any visable leak. And that the only way to find a leak would be to open up the enine which would cost $1800. More BULLSHIT.
5. I go to pick up the car. And they send someone to get my car and the battery
was dead. When I brought the car there my BATT was 100% percent. Had the Batt and altenator checked recently like right b4 deals.
- so they wanted to charge me 149.99 for a new batt. After I gave them HELL the best they could do is go half 79.99. I was ******* PISSED. How you kill my batt and try and charge me for a new one. And I'm not the only one this has happened to that I know.
I was just really dissatisfied with my experience there and will not go back.
**PS the last time I went there to get my 3rd brake light harness installed. I asked specifically for Kevin to work on my car. I get my car back and they said it was fixed. I test it and it was not. I saw kev walking and I called him over. Asked him whats up with the light, and he was like "I didnt work on your car. If I did it would of got done right." ******* Wayne Mazda.
