Have dave port the manifold to flow better if its not that big of a difference in the ports and have the crack welded?

Its cast Aluminum (I think) .... so welding is gonna be **** hard (heat/ cool process, etc) .... also the crack happened due to the warp I think.... to fix the warp you would have to machine the flange ... i called greddy, a mani replacement costs $150. I think I am going to go for that

Wow that is a cheap price for the manifold they usually sell for much more here for whatever reason. I would replace mind for that price too but i would need a custom flange. Cast is hard to weld but possible there is a long thread about it.

Hmmmm i turn my heat **** all the way to the right and it cycles hot then cold then hot then cold im pretty sure its a known issue but its gay right before winter.......... I think this car hates me lol

Wow al im taking your name out my phone lmao.
Its definitely the **** and climate control issue i went to the menu by pressing the scan up and power button and when i turn my **** its at 0 no matter what pretty much if i jiggle it and push it blips to 14 goes hot then comes back i need a new one of to solder the messed up connection.

ken, you might have air in your system since your heater core is at the top of the heating system it would collect there? Try burping your car
