idk man the guy seems fairly honest but it seems like its gonna need a lot more work then he says, it looks like its missing the front fairings, plus he said you need to weld the rad back on, so obviously this bike has been down hard enough to rip it off, which is craddled in the front of the frame
i mean if u go look at it and can really get a deal on it, its doable, but i personally would want to check it out first, hear it run, at the least watch him ride it around
just gotta realize that its definetly gonna need some work, radiator, fairings are missing, front signals but if thats it and you dont mind getting it fixed then seems good for 2k, biggest things for me is if the engines good, trans shifts smooth, frames straight, chain and sprockets are good and if the forks are aligned right, oh and tire tread
i think sv's usually go for like 4k so even if u dump another 500 in then ur still making out
like i said im def goin out tomorrow if u wanna talk about it more or whatever

yeah thanks.....
I was thinkin the same another 500 wouldnt be too bad....
As for the ones you posted.....
I prefer the newer look..... plus i also want one that already has that naked style done to it....
I know I can do it later... but I would say those are the two big requirements.
Yo might be right about it taking a hard fall....
Looks cracked in the back... and also duct tape instead of a seat.. lol
I gotta get my motor rebuilt... but I figured for 2000l... maybe even 1800... it could be a good starter bike
this would be ideal, which sold for 3600

good seeing you guys ... hopefully it wont be too long till I can get out again ... unfortunately, it will probably be a weekend only thing for me from now on
also ... if you guys can help me out, I need some links for twin scroll turbos
Are T3 flanges considerably smaller than T4's?

damn ... the rx8 greddy actually sits on a t25 flange ... i am pretty sure this cooks our side seals and causes engine failures at anything above 8psi boost.
I am considering the gt3776 ... it is a t3 divided ... I actually would prefer quick spool and this seems like a good balance.
Dave, what are your thoughts?
