ok one more i was comeing home and i raced a BMW m3 rodster... (with the M3 engine) and he lost ..... he was shocked he asked me what i had under the hood and i was like it is rotary baby....

Exclamation New Rx8 Meet idea!
Anyone up for another RX8 meet? This time I am thinking capital race way in odenton / crofton MD. Anytime I go out there I am always the only 8 out there... but i get the most attention I think it would be pretty kick *** if all of us made an appearance there. What do you guys think?

Capital is 15 minutes from 495 right down 50 then up Rt. 3 but with you being in NoVA I can understand. You got any suggestions on places? Oh and it has to be RENT-A-COP free. Yeah...we had a little issue with those at the last meet.

well Capital doesn't sound too far away, I probably can make it, give me a date/time and I'll try to make it

preferably on a weekend though, coming out at night during a weekday = late for work next day lol

Yeah its not... well depending on what side of the beltway your on. Basically you go down MD Rt50 (towards annapolis) and get off on Rt. 3 North and go up a few miles and hang a U turn because capital is on Rt3 South.

I guess I will wait for more people to get back on this post to see if people are intrested in going. Oh before I forget here is their website http://www.capitolraceway.com/

just googlemapped from gainesville, va to crofton, md

62 miles, 1.5 hour drive, and that's through DC!!!

yeah please make it a weekend thing so i can take my time getting out there lol

Gainsville... HOLY ****! You are way the **** out there.

Odd that it takes you through DC... I hope its talking like the GW parkway or something like a MAIN road and not regular dc roads with all the lights. If thats the case you might be better going around the north half of the beltway

Does a friday night work for you?
