I think this is the perfect oppurtunity for you to get some nice sticky tires for the summer and light weight rims.
Get off those heavy 18's and put some lightweight 17's on them.

I got very lucky, it looks like- they called today and confirmed that it was just the rim and the TPS. Suspension was fine, thank god.

Went for the Pirelli P Zero Nero M+ S that everyone was raving about in the thread in tires and wheels. Also ordered them in 245/40's, which confused the heck out of the dealer, but they should look neat! TireRack kicks butt- I ordered them Tuesday afternoon, and they were here Wednesday morning.

So does this mean you'll be able to get us parts for our cars at a discount then?

there is a yellow 8 in Chesterfield that I see all the time, but I don't think they're on here, unfortunately. Saw it yesterday on Powhite, actually, heading towards teh city. Never seen him/her post on here yet though.

I spotted a Titanium 8 on Cary St. yesterday afternoon. That's the color I plan to purchase.
I'm in Ashland for school most of the year, but normally from DC/Maryland.

Hey kids, been a long time. The red RX8 now has a whopping 2200 miles on it. But now it is my daily driver. So that is changing quickly. Still love it. We just got a Puppy and it loves to ride in it. I am glad I picked up an entire interior off Ebay so the puppy can shed and play to its hearts content.
Well back to lurking for another year.

Well it looks like my master cyclinder or my clutch line in my 7 might be going bad. Friday I went to shift into first and the pedal decided to stay de-pressed
I lifted the pedal back up with my foot and no problems since. So the fun of owning a 7 is beginning hehe. If anyone here has better knowledge than me on how the clutch works more specifically the hydralics let me know. I have a pretty good understanding but I want to see if you all though that my analysis about what could be going wrong is correct.
thanks

Hey Chiro when are you going to put that stereo into your 8? Lemme know I am still up for helping you get it in since I suffered through it once already putting my MP3 player in.

What you describe sounds like the pedal is physically sticking in the down position or (let's hope not) the pressure plate is screwed up and not pushing back on the release bearing.
Are you having fun yet?
