I'm thinking around Noon. Should give me more than enough time to strip off everything. I'll have to talk to the gf about the pool gig. I may have to pick up the kids which means I wont get home till about 4pm.

I miss my baby..

Once I tear off everything (I can hehe) I'll be posting up a quasi part out thread. Locals will be getting first dibs (saves on shipping haha).

I should be up to meeting you, of course, I have to call off work, but then, my boss knows I am still recovering, so it isn't a stretch

Well, it was disappointing that they wouldn't let us pull any parts off the car, and it was painful to watch his 8 get hauled around by a forklift, but at least it was still a decent time.

I gave him a ~15 minute spirited ride in my 8 to nudge him back towards an 8

Well bend me ova spread my checks and proceed to go to town! Thats what the insurance company is pretty much expecting me to do right now.

I just got off the phone with them and they told me they apraised the car for 10630.00. And that is BEFORE they pay off what I owe on the car ( about 7.7k). So after everything is said and done I am looking at a pay off of $2,865.56. Well below what I was expecting, they told me they used NADA for their quote not Kelly Blue Book. KBB had the car around 14k but NADA has it at about 10.6k, needless to say a BIG friggin' difference. Sadly I dont have a reciept for the Mintblue Spoiler 'cause I bought it offa Kel so I'm screwd there. Thankfully I do have saved emails for the Kenstyle purchase. And I have the paperwork for the new engine I got back in Sept. I'm just really really pissed off.. this is seriously turning into the worse month (now going on months!) of my life that I can remember. All I need now is to lose my job and find out my gf have been cheating on me and it will be made perfect!

If anyone can figure out anyway to up this damn value I'll all ears.

Sadly I can't find the reciepts for the JDM Clear Corners or Racing Beat Screens I had on the car either. Oh and they already took the car to the scrap yard btw.

I was a bit worried about your 13+ K value from KBB. The insurance companies are like stealerships in that regard. They use auction values. Sorry Kev, that's a real bitch.

Dunno what I did to deserve all the bad Karma

Had to leave work Saturday due to problems with the GF, had threats of cops and being thrown out so needless to say Home > Work. I told my Supervisor that I had A family emergency and had to leave. He aparently tells my boss "I dunno, he just left....". No one calls me up till this afternoon and it was a co-worker who did it. I call up the store and the Manager just tells me "I dont care you no longer work here.". He's been gunning for me to be fired for awhile now, even wrote me up because I had to leave work early to pick up the kids from school (due to a snow storm). Went on to the effect of "Wont leave work early to pick up kids" complete b.s.

So right now I'm unsure if I'd qualify for unemployment or not. Some are saying yes others are saying no. Me I just wanna find a decent job I'll like/love and dont care about pay at this point, just wanna be happy.

you should qualify for unemployment. if you put in your notice or are terminated on grounds of theft you wouldn't but in this instance i believe you should be able to get it.

Well my friend who's car I have been borrowing for the past two weeks is leaving today for the rest of the week. That means no car for me this just sucks!!!!

Going to the Mass.gov site after I drop off the kids and get the ball rolling with unemployment. I'd rather do it in person at one of the career centers but again the friend is leaving. After I do that my plan is to find a way to get my engine replacement paper work ova to Commerce Insurance in some vain hope to bump up their payout to me, then start to design a mural for the GF's daughters room. Imagine a GIANT picture of Tinker Bell on your wall as a lil girl.. now that is badass!!

Only bonus is the day before I put in a Resume to Gamestop in the next town ova for a Manager Postition, kinda sad that has been the only highlight for me ova the past few days (maybe even weeks ugh!).

Wow, that sucks. I'll poke around to see if there is anything I can do, but I don't have much (any really) influence over HR at the store level.

I'll PM you contact info for the DMs of the surrounding districts, you have the experience they might have a spot for you.

Geez Kev, hit after hit on all levels. I feel your pain though. Both with car and job issues. Been laid off 3 times, though due to economic biz issues. Chin up my friend.

Oh all I have for sale really is the flat tire repair kit and my DarkChrome rims with Tires. Soo... gooooo meh!
The rims are for sale for a measly 1,000,000.95
The repair kit for 1 Kagillion dollars..

both sales have a obo.

Seriously though..

rims with tires I wish to stay local for $300. Two are shot with curb rash so primarily these are being unloaded for the tires.

the tire repair thingy.. I dunno.. give me a offer.

These sales will be going into the "Pitty Kevin's **** Poor Luck" fund.
