Let me know when you find out, if you don't mind. It's a good excuse for a get together.

Is it possible to pass emissions after installing something like a supercharger?

With reference to warranty concerns and an FI modification, wouldn't bumper-to-bumper warranty concerns that don't have to do with powertrain problems still be covered? When people say the warranty is voided, does that mean for everything, or only for directly related powertrain issues like the engine and trans?

Everything like your stereo, nav and all thats still covered im sure, tell you the truth if you read the FAQs on the Pettit site it tells you about the little things that keep these motors (rotorys) alive
The only thing that I see that can leagly be voided are rear suspension parts and complete drivetrain but if there a good dealer, doing reguler service there also shouldnt be a problem, unless there just plain stupid. You can even have them diagnoss something having a problem like a sensor, missfires and problems like that.
