lol @ VTEC!!!
Gh8st: i dont recommend you do the decarb at the meet. the more time you let your engine sit with the cleaner in it the better. well thats what i think. and since you havent decarbed your engine then theres gonna be alot of white smoke. plus its toxic. people could complain. lol
you can take the zoom power engine cleaner home and give it back to me whenever.

the proper way to decarb is to burn it off while the engine is still warm/hot.
When the engine is hot, the solution will stick itself to carbon and turn into some kind of moosy/greasy stuff, but if you let it sit for too long, the solution will lose its effectivness(evaporate) and the carbon will turn hard again. not good.
Another thing to keep in mind is that, when you do it at Mazda's dealers, the "proper" way is they should connect their WDS to the OBDII port, and turn the MOP injection rate to 30 (Max is 60). Cuz when you decarb, it will suck the engine try, meaning no lubrication. So if anybody wants to do it on their own, its best to have some sort of heavy premix in your gas before you start doing it.

well i know you have to spray the engine when its hot/warm but i wasnt aware that it was best to not let it sit for too long. i used your DIY aswell lol. hmm guess ill do it again. i fail
but either way i wouldnt recommend doing it at the meet lol.
