Werner

I go to Werner Mazda in Manchester and have never had a problem. Is your car still under warranty?

Yes, I just purchased an 08 40th ed. from Grappone's (Concord) for dirt cheap. However, I am wondering what is a good place to take it for getting exhaust, turbo, ems tuning, dyno etc work done.

What about Tulley in Nashua?

Does anyone know how good their rotary techs are? I've had my 8 in there for simple stuff like oil changes, but nothing complicated.

I have heard good reports about Werner's service department in the past, but I also had a bad experience with their sales staff.

Umm.. check out the Synaptic3Engineering, they sponsor this section and are great guys. Just tell them you heard about them through a forum member on Rx8club and you'll be treated right

They're iffy. I've had both good and slightly less so experiences with them. They do the jobs well, but not great. I always feel I got the bare minimum with them. I did only have them do oil changes though. They told me my other issues that I had them look at were "normal", (loss of power, etc. With the new TSB I'm bringing it back when I have the time.) Werner was better though it did take them three weeks just to replace my tail light for water condensation.

Tulley's has got to be the worst dealership ive ever been too, for sales. I walked in a month ago and asked to test drive an 8 and some sales kid says 'are you really going to make me do this?' Then I went next door to drive a new BMW 135i and the sales guy split after and left me standing around to find a car with a MT.
However, maybe their service dept. is good, but they won't be getting any of my $.
