Rev It Up is back in NY & DC
This time, it's Chevy cars, but it's still something to do to run other peoples cars.

There's no national finals... just the person with the highest score in the country wins the new Cobalt.
NY on Aug 19-20
DC on Aug 26-27
There's a group of us from New England (SCCA folk) that are going to NY group 19 on Saturday.... going to be some heated competiton in just that one group.
I'm looking forward to defending my title as the current NY RevItUp champ.

Oh yeah, I want a chance to rip up the track with an SSR! Strangely enough, I find the concept of a pickup/coupe hybrid to be somewhat endearing. Maybe it's that "so stupid it's brilliant" quality.
I like Edmund's comment on it: "Combining the styling elements of a late-'40s Chevy pickup, the attitude of a muscle car and the fun of a roadster, the 2006 Chevrolet SSR is an entertaining answer to a question nobody asked."
