I'll be there tomorrow morning. I think I am now the northern most 8 that joins these runs since G-Force got rid of his.

So looking at the maps (coming from worcester, MA) - it looks like I take route 3 and then 114 (north or west bound). The mobil station should be pretty obvious to spot on 114 ?

Sounds good to me! I did't realize it was that far, so we will leave a little earlier than planned and meet you there at or before 8:15.

Astral,

Sorry about the flip flop - but I think I'll go straight toward Bedford on Rt-93. That will make my trip much shorter.

See you in Bedford.

I am sure he would LOVE a turbo RX-8, but we have just been through car hell with him. So he won't be purchasing anytime soon! Plus I think we'd kill each other if we had the same car! There would be a fight every other week about who saw what new part first and why one can have that and the other can't lol.

He just downgraded from his 350Z to save some $, hates the car he has, and is trying to get back into a Z. Thanks for the thought though lol. (please please please please don't tell him about that car tomorrow lol. I'll hear it all the way home!)

Didn't get a chance to wash up the 8 tonite Gonna get up early tomorrow am and wash her up before heading over to the Mobil station. We'll park off to the right of the pumps as there are parking spaces.

If you need to top off (highly recommended), please do so before we depart at 9:30am.

See everyone in the am!

Kev:

You gotta start using manaul mode and see if you gas mileage changes. Heck even if I redline every shift I couldn't get your gas mileage! Sorry I had too!

You got it... it's that bad. He's driving a Cobalt SS Supercharged.

He HATES it. There would be war either way between us if he got an 8 or another Z I am sure. Both of us are wicked competative with our cars.

Haha.. well just dont tell them that they are getting a shyt load of power outa that ecotek engine now. GM is aparently wants this car to slaughter the Civic Si and have it laying in the smoke with the amount of development they are putting into the car. GM itself built a SS for a Time Attack event awhile back, the car beat EVERYTHING in the overall competition. Just sucks that it is FF and when I drove a normal Cobalt the stearing and handling sucked donkey ***** (I never have but I'd imagine it would taste very bad haha ). But oi.. a Cobalt SS... just ouch.. how can you go out with him Your parents and friends must be disapointed hehe I kidd I kidd. Could be worse could of been a Focus.

Again Kev I've tried everything and I can't get above 13mpg. Only once I've got 16mph and that was durring the trip up to NH for the car show. Again I'm hoping for new engine & cat.

Washed my car tonight, wiped-down with Zaino Z8 on paint & wheels, shined tires with NXT Insane Shine wiped-on w/ foam pad, and applied Zaino Z-10 leather conditioner to the only 2 pieces of leather in my otherwise cloth interior.

My hands smell like leather now.

Wow, Clav!! That's really awful mileage!!! There's gotta be something up with that!

Just to make sure everyone looks for the right route, it is Rte. 3 to 114, NOT 144. (I don't know if NH even has a 144, but I waned to clear that up. Don't want anyone missing the exit looking for the wrong route.)

I will be able to meet up with everyone in the morning after all. Will be flying solo, Giles (hubby) got hit with a project Friday that is due Monday. He's not happy. Michael (son) got invited to a friend's house, and he doesn't particularly get excited about driving around seeing covered bridges. More room for the camera and Diet Cokes!!!

See you all in the AM!
