Yes, I have been there. I designed their website a couple years back. They have since made changes which are not for the better I must say. Honestly I would not do biz with them. What are "pretty prices"? I'm confused by your post. Are you promoting them?

I meant pretty good prices.

I am not promoting them I was trying to find out information from people who have been there and/or purchased from them.

You are saying not to do business with them and then don' explain why? because they stopped using your web site??

I was mainly interested in picking up a TurboXS exhaust from them because their site says its only 425 and I don't need a race pipe.

They still use the website I designed, only changes were made. Honestly I can't sum up the years I spent working with them. Of course it's not to say others will have a decent experience. Or that maybe they have changed, but for all my efforts and hard work that goes far beyond what I have ever done for a client....well...I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Even my own orders were screwed up several times.

That's all I wish to say. Good luck.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I live in Richmond, they are the butt of every joke. The guy there drives an abomination of an FD... it's sad.

Get your parts and labor elsewhere. Online even.

so there seems to be much hatred?

Hmm, the just sell what I want for so much less than everyone else and it's an easy drive on the weekend.

I don't need labor but I also don't feel like 75+ dollars for the same thing.....

hmmm......

I don't hate them. I just know for a fact they don't know how to run a quality business. Like I said, I worked directly with Kyle (owner) for several years. He's a cool guy, but other than that...well.

Wait, did he finally fix that FD? Before he was driving the Lexus SC.

Yup, sounds about right. Is it this one? I did not bother taking pics of the whole car because it was in horrible shape.

Does he still have the van with spinners? Man I hated that thing. He picked me up at the airport with it. I was so embarrassed.

Nah it's red still on the exterior, and yes the van is still parked out front from time to time.

That photo was around 2 years ago. He might have had it painted.
