RX-8 TRI CLUB 1st SUMMER MEET - JULY 17th, KING OF PRUSSIA PA
Hey folks
Next meet info :
RX-8 Tri Club Meet
Saturday July 17th 2004
1PM - VALLEY FORGE, KING OF PRUSSIA PA
HAZE Writes : ".... meeting at the Artillery Park parking lot. (I don't know if it is actually called the "Artillery Park"), but it is where the line of cannon are kept. The parking lot has about four or five picnic tables, a bathroom, a nice view and a lawn to spread out blankets on. The tables are under trees to protect people from the sun, and they are right next to the parking lot. It is a good sized parking lot, and it was not too crowded . The lots in the park are often very crowded so I was looking for something just a little bit off the beaten track."
Similar to the last meet, and weather dependant, it may be a good idea to take along snacks. Picnic tables are available, and people should be encouraged to bring blankets in case the tables are taken. There is plenty of room spread out!."
Dependant on weather, it will be the clubs first summer meet. We hope to see you there! Relax, have fun, and most importantly get to know new folks and their RX-8s. As normal, club stickers, t-shirts, decals will be available!
More info and directions on the club site ( click link below ) or feel free to email!

KofP is the second largest? wow I never would have known that!
When it gets closer, I may volunteer to pick up some organized food - like deli sandwich or something. Sound ok - or are people happier with the un-orgaqnized snack thing??
(hey Otto LOVED the fruit salad that I didn't bring!)

I think we should decide on snacks food closer to the date so we can be sure of the weather...but I would be up for anything at this point.
Thanks Sue!
